KEEN PRO

We love our pro members, and trust that you're using your pro deal for yourself. We ask that you use your discount just for you and your immediate family (your spouse and kids still in youth sizing), and do not share your pro discount with anyone outside of your household. If you have friends or family members who might qualify for our programme, they can apply at www.keenfootwear.de/pages/pro. We also ask that you refrain from discussing your discount with anyone who would not qualify for their own pro membership. If someone admires your KEEN gear, please refer them to our website or one of our KEEN retail partners. The pro discount cannot be used for large group orders, for large organisations, or orders requiring VAT exemption. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other site promotions, discounts, credits, or offers. We appreciate your respect of the programme and its rules. If we find you're misusing your pro discount, we may have to cancel your order, and in extreme cases, remove you from the programme.

Orders can be delivered to your home or your place of business only. We are not able to amend existing orders to add or change items.
We cannot retroactively apply a pro discount to orders placed prior to receiving approval, or to orders placed at full price. We cannot waive the VAT from pro deal orders, as the discount is only for personal use.
